Girls, The time is fast approaching. The game plan is much the same as last time: 1. Directions:From Chicago: Take I 94 East to exit 56 Decatur/Dowagiac (M-51) (about 1 hour past Michigan City. Turn left, go about ¼ mile to "Tea Pot Dome" (the town that's not really there!) From the East: Same directions. From Notre Dame: 31 to 51 then follow the same directions: Turn left onto Red Arrow Highway, pass Lake Cora Golf Course on right, then Auction House on left. RIGHT HERE Red arrow veers right. DO NOT go right, go straight onto Territorial Road. If you pass Cathy's Kitchen, you've gone too far. Follow Territorial (it curves a bit) to "Dead End". Here it turns to dirt road. Continue on the dirt road. On your left you'll see an old barn "EFFNER" - counting that driveway, we are the 3rd driveway. Turn left and go all the way back to the last house. From where you turn onto Red Arrow till you get to our driveway, it's about 2 ½ miles 2. Wednesday. Right now, I'm planning to get there Wednesday late afternoon. If anyone else is planning a Wednesday arrival, let me know. We'll probably hang out at the cottage. I'll make sure there's chow. 3. Thursday. Fishing for the fishermen. Golf for the golfers. We'll meet for dinner Thursday evening at O'Farrell-McGuire's Irish Pub in Paw Paw. Fox, don't forget your credit card. 3. Friday. CyberZahm Tournament. Probably at the Heritage Course in Paw Paw, right Sobo? Then dinner at the cottage. Menu: Much the same as last time - roast beef, baked potatoes, salad, wine, etc. 4. Saturday. Stanford Game. Right now, I'm counting 12 tickets. Jack has 6, I have 4 and Fox has 2. Looks like we'll have about 14-15 attendees. If anyone can round up a couple more tickets, that would be good. Anyone who wants to organize a tailgate, speak up. Also, parking passes would be great. 5. Accomodations. The cottages together can sleep 10 comfortably. I'll save the uncomfortably spots for any stragglers - Terry, Gidge, etc. That means I'll need to assign 4 or more to sleep at the hotel. I have 3 rooms reserved at this point. 6. Beverages. I'll pick up some beer, wine, soft drinks and bottled water. Hard liquor drinkers will have to bring their own. Andy, can you bring some cards? Questions anyone? D.D.
